About Me

My story

My name is Angelo Consorte. I began my journey as an international student in the US, pursuing athletic opportunities in basketball. I have been playing since I was eight years old, earning accolades such as being named the second-best player in the state of São Paulo, winning state championships four times, receiving an invitation to the national team, and securing a full-ride scholarship while still in Brazil.

In addition to providing me with incredible opportunities, basketball has instilled skills that have significantly contributed to my growth. These skills—including discipline, leadership, determination, teamwork —are directly transferable to the workplace and have shaped my approach to challenges both on and off the court.

Coming to the US

Building on my passion for sports, I came to the U.S. to pursue other passions and opportunities that were not available in Brazil. In my country, the path of a student-athlete is very hard —you must usually choose between pursuing higher education or becoming a professional athlete. Moving here gave me the unique chance to excel in both academics and athletics, preparing me to pursue new dreams and career paths beyond sports.

This is why I decided to triple major in Computer Science, Business Administration and Marketing. I chose these areas to be able to explore diverse career opportunities in different fields while developing essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making, and technology.

My Vision

As a goal-oriented individual, I leverage tools and skills like graphic design, digital marketing, and data analysis  to achieve my objectives and realize my projects.

With a strong interest in AI and data analytics, continuous learning is essential for me. One of my main goals is to ideate and participate in projects in these areas, once that I am pursuing a career related to these fields.

Additionally, in today’s dynamic and fast-paced world, I believe that soft skills like the ability to learn, communication, and teamwork are increasingly important, as they dictate how we adapt to new trends.

Future and Goals

My main goal is to gain hands-on experience that creates real business impact, as I believe it deepens my knowledge and allows me to contribute meaningfully.

In addition to that, I plan to pursue a master’s degree in a related to in AI and data science, which will enable me to steer my career toward a STEM-focused path that blends my business and marketing expertise with technological innovation.

Ultimately, I expect to build a career that fulfills my goals while making a positive impact on the business, my colleagues, and those affected by my work.
